Fill out our Travel Request Form or Schedule a FREE exploratory call so we can get a clear idea of your group’s interests and needs.


Step 2

We use the information gathered from our call to develop a unique travel itinerary catered to your specific group. You will receive a modern proposal with options for excursions, accomodations, and a few unique experiences. You can adjust your proposal as many times as needed until it is perfect for you.


Step 3

Once you confirm your proposal, we will book your travel package.


Step 4

Gather your travel documents, get your COVID-19 test (if required), pack your bags, and GO! And don’t worry! We will be available to you 24/7 throughout your entire trip via our mobile app. Be sure to tag us @theeventsuiteny in any pics you post - we can’t wait to see what fun you had!
