FAQs

Q: what are the current covid-19 restrictions for where i would like to travel?

A: For the latest COVID-19 travel restrictions and policies, please visit Travel.State.Gov and enter your desired travel destination. This will take you to the location’s country specific page where you can find recommendations for safe travel and more.

Q: do i need a passport for travel?

A: A passport is required when traveling outside of the United States. If any passenger carries anything other than a U.S. Passport, please contact the Consulate of the country you are visiting to verify document requirements. If you do not have appropriate documentation, you will be denied entry and any applicable fees are not covered by Travel Protection. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of your return for international travel. Some countries require visas even with a U.S. passport.

Q: Is there a service fee?

A: Yes. A non-refundable service fee is charged to mark the beginning of our business relationship and to ensure we provide tremendous value to our clients. We have partnerships and resources worldwide which we utilize to provide you with a catered itinerary specific to your group’s needs.

Q: How does a group contract work?

A: In order to obtain a group contract, the group leader must book a minimum of ten rooms (most resorts also require a minimum stay of three or more nights). A Contracted Group allows the group leader to secure accomodations at a set discounted price for an upfront fee of $50 per person (i.e.: if you plan to have a group of 100 guests, you will need to provide an upfront deposit of $5,000). This deposit will be refunded to the group leader once all the rooms have been paid in full - approx. 60 days prior to the departure date.

Q: Is travel insurance required?

A: Although not required in most destinations, we HIGHLY recommend each traveler purchase a travel insurance policy to cover the costs of any unforeseen issues that may arise before and /or during your trip. We can recommend and review several travel insurance options prior to you putting down any deposits.

Q: what is the booking process?

A: We have a simple 4-step process which you can find here.
